The Role
Ensure all customer orders are captured correctly within our CRM.
Always ensure adherence to the Company’s Policies and Procedures to the appropriate standards.
Providing excellent customer service
Provide product advice and guidance where appropriate
Working as part of a team, whilst using your initiative to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

 

What We Need from You
Excellent administration & IT skills, competent in use of technology e.g. CRM system, excel & all Office 365 functions.
Either previous product experience within Timber & Builders Merchants or other associated business environment.
A genuine passion for going above and beyond.
An ability to show completer finisher mentality and an understanding of supply chain business processes.
