CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE


Our Click & Collect service allows you to place an order online and collect your items from a selected North West Timber branch.


PLACING YOUR ORDER

- Orders must be placed via our website, selecting Click & Collect at the checkout

- You will receive an order confirmation by email once we have received your order

- We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not travel to the store until you receive this notification. Be sure to check your junk folder too.


COLLECTION PROCESS

Orders can be collected during the stores opening hours. Please bring:

 

- Your order confirmation (printed or on your phone)

 

- A valid photo ID


PAYMENT

Payment is taken at the time of order through our website. Prices are as displayed online at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your Click & Collect order any time before collection by contacting our Head Office directly on 01942 720777.

 

If you need to change your order, you may need to cancel and re-order.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

- Items collected via Click & Collect are subject to our standard Returns Policy.


- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.


LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY

While we make every effort to have your order ready on time, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We accept no legal liability for any delays or issues that may arise. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order and must request any changes within 4 hours of placing it.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:


- Stock is unavailable


- Payment cannot be processed


CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and apply to orders placed after the update.
