Deliveries are made to the kerbside only by a single driver. For this reason, we recommend that an able-bodied adult is available at the delivery address to assist with unloading if required.

Please note that our drivers are not permitted to enter private residences and deliveries will be made to the nearest safe and accessible point from the roadside.

Our delivery service operates on a full day schedule, meaning that while we strive to deliver within your chosen date, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

If there are any access restrictions at your location (such as narrow lanes, height limits or parking restrictions), please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NWTT. However, we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned.

Please note that not all products are eligible for return. If you think you may need to return an item, we strongly recommend checking its return eligibility prior to purchase. Our team will be happy to confirm this for you. If an item is returnable and requires collection, a collection fee will apply - prices are available on request. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
