ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER

Your Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in leading and motivating the team.
Help oversee daily operations including stock control, logistics, and health & safety.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with trade and retail customers.
Assist in driving branch performance and achieving sales targets.
Step up to manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

 

What You’ll Need

Industry Experience – Background in builders’ merchants or construction supply is essential.
Leadership Potential – Experience supervising or mentoring a team.
Commercial Awareness – Understanding of branch operations and customer needs.
