Who We Are

NWTT is a growing business with a strong focus on providing great products and a reliable service to our customers.

As our online sales channels continue to develop, we’re looking for an organised, commercially aware and customer-focused E-commerce & Sales Support Coordinator to join the team.

This is a varied role combining e-commerce, sales administration and customer service. You’ll help keep our online products accurate and up to date, process orders, support customer enquiries and work with teams across the business to make sure orders run smoothly from purchase through to delivery.

Why Join Us?

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop their experience across both e-commerce and sales.

You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, warehouse, marketing and finance teams, giving you a broad understanding of how the business operates.

There will also be opportunities to take ownership of processes, suggest improvements and develop your role as our e-commerce operation continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Maintaining product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, promotions and stock information across our website and online marketplaces.
•    Monitoring online orders and making sure they are processed accurately and on time.
•    Coordinating with warehouse, logistics and fulfilment teams to resolve stock and delivery issues.
•    Supporting website updates, new product launches, promotions and seasonal sales activity.
•    Identifying and reporting website, checkout, payment and product-listing issues.
•    Monitoring stock availability and helping prevent overselling or incorrect stock information.
•    Supporting e-commerce reporting, including sales, conversion rates, returns and customer behaviour.
•    Identifying opportunities to improve product listings and the online customer journey.
•    Preparing quotations, order confirmations, invoices and other sales documentation.
•    Maintaining accurate customer, order and opportunity information within our CRM and sales systems.
•    Responding to customer enquiries by email, telephone and online channels.
•    Following up quotations, customer requests and outstanding information.
•    Keeping sales records, customer accounts, price lists and internal reports accurate and up to date.
•    Supporting account managers with customer communications, meeting preparation and after-sales service.
•    Handling enquiries relating to orders, products, deliveries, returns, refunds and exchanges.
•    Investigating customer issues and working with the relevant teams to resolve them quickly.
•    Recording customer feedback and highlighting recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone who has:

•    Previous experience in e-commerce, sales administration, customer service or a similar role.
•    Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•    Experience using an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or similar.
•    Good Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills, particularly Excel or spreadsheets.
•    Experience using CRM, order-management, inventory or customer-service systems.
•    A practical and solutions-focused approach to problems.
•    The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams.
•    A positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
•    Confidence learning new systems and processes.

Experience with Amazon, eBay or other online marketplaces would be an advantage, as would knowledge of payment gateways, shipping platforms, e-commerce analytics, digital marketing, SEO, ERP or accounting software.
