Your Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

• Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control, health & safety, and logistics.

• Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers.

• Drive branch profitability through effective cost control and business development.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Represent NWTT with professionalism, integrity, and a hands-on approach.
