FLT Driver & Merchant Yard Operative

We are looking for a skilled and confident FLT Driver & Timber Treatment Tank Operative.

In this role you will work as part of our experienced external yard operative team, supervised by our Forman:

Duties are varied which include:

· Assisting Customers
· Picking and packing orders
· Loading and Unloading of Vehicles
· Ability to navigate and operate Microsoft 365 platforms
· Literate in arithmetic
· Loading and unloading of timber treatment tanks
· Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment and storing of stock safely

Qualifications & Skills:

· A counterbalance Forklift Licence required
· Previous Timber/Builders Merchant experience

You will be working/dealing with our customers on a daily basis. This means we are looking for someone who:
